কাস্টম অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে চূড়ান্ত ডিজাইন অনুমোদনের পর প্রোডাকশন শুরু হয়।

ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা প্রোডাক্টের ধরন ও পরিমাণের উপর নির্ভর করে। আনুমানিক সময় প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্ট পেজে উল্লেখ থাকে।

ঢাকার ভিতরে কুরিয়ার বা সরাসরি ডেলিভারি এবং ঢাকার বাইরে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়।
